Open your copy of Runner's Companion to page 88. If you don't have a copy, just hang out in your office a bit and one will be delivered.

Take a pen or pencil and look for the heading "Creating an AI Character." Circle the first letter of each sentence in the three paragraphs following that heading (ignoring other headings; that 'T' in "The Emergent Self" doesn't count). Put the letters together (in order).
